The treasures of Tutankhamun have been marvelled at since Howard Carter discovered them in 1922. In all, it took a decade to catalogue, remove and conserve the thousands of items found in the small tomb, located at site KV62 in the Valley of the Kings.

Tutankhamon’s two inner sarcophogi are located in the Cairo museum - if you ever have the chance to visit Egypt then please take a look as they are beautiful. The outer sarcophogus is still in the boy-king’s tomb in the Valley of the Kings and to this day contains the mummy of, arguably, the most famous of the Pharaohs.
When viewing the treasures, stop and consider how they have changed people’s perception of Ancient Egypt. Since 1922 this land and time has captivated millions of imaginations around the world and yet, if this tomb had been robbed like all the others discovered thus far, Tutankhamon would have been one of the least significant Pharaohs in Egyptian history.
Also, consider that the glorious treasures Howard Carter found were for a young Pharaoh who died at a difficult time in Egypt’s past - what marvels must have been buried with the Pharaohs that the people really loved and admired
[...] if King Tut really did have important data then where better to store it than on an ancient Egyptian usb memory [...]
